Short Sales...if you are an investor or a buyer looking for a bargain...then the Short Sale is for you. They take time (60 - 120 days) to process. You have to be willing and ready to move when the bank says move...what do we mean? It will seem like forever since you placed and offer...then, the bank says "yes" and you have to be prepared...i.e. "they say jump...we say how high?"
